  1. This archive contains 3 spectrum games. To play them decompress the file
  2. using the .lha archiver and then load the games into the Spectrum emulator.
  3. A copy of this program is available from most PD Libraries.

  5. The games are:

  7. Dr. When-A game based on Dr. Who that is something of a take off. It's a
  8. typical spectrum game where you move, jump, collect and generally try to
  9. guess what to do next.
  10.  
  11. The Hobbit-This is probably the best known text adventure ever on the
  12. Spectrum and now it loads in seconds (even if the graphic display is a bit
  13. slow). Recreate Bilbo's epic journey, a true classic.
  14.  
  15. Gremlins!-An interesting text adventure based on the film by the same name.
  16. This should appeal to all you text adventure fans.

  18. Let me know your views on including classic/not so classic spectrum games
  19. which are related to MAG.E with each issue. I think it's a great way to
  20. remember the pase and it makes a change from filling each issue with
  21. samples.
